Co-Host / Producer

Kiel Feeser, affectionately known as “Fees,” is a dynamic voice in Ohio’s sports media scene, co-hosting The “All In” Sports Podcast—a weekly show that dives into everything from college football to MLB, with a heavy dose of Buckeye pride.  Born and raised in Piqua, Ohio, Feeser’s love for sports was forged early. His hometown pride was cemented when Piqua High School clinched a state football championship during his high school years, setting his personal benchmark for athletic success: championships or bust. That mindset continues to define his sports fandom today. Feeser’s sports loyalty starts and ends with Ohio. Ohio State tops his list, followed closely by the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. While he admits to trying not to let wins and losses affect his sanity, his passion is undeniable. His all-time favorite athlete is LeBron James—a stance that has sparked many debates—but Joe Burrow is rapidly climbing his personal rankings. His earliest sports memory? A childhood trip to Cinergy Field in the 1990s to see the Reds, where a surprise home run and the ensuing fireworks left a lasting impression. Beyond fandom, Feeser has built a career around sports and media. He co-founded Dream Famous, a Dayton-based media and marketing group that supported local artists like rapper Cali Kid Dubz. His creative work included producing music, engineering, and shooting videos.  Today, he channels that same energy into The “All In” Sports Podcast, where he offers sharp takes on college football, the NFL, MLB, and more. His segments, like “College Talk w/ Fees,” are a staple of the show, reflecting both his knowledge and his humor.  Feeser describes himself as a chill, laid-back guy who thrives on golf and baseball—sports that, in his words, “don’t require a lot of cardio,” but where he still dominates. When he’s not podcasting or working in construction, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or dreaming of a full-time golf life. His dream sports moment? Seeing the Bengals win the Super Bowl and the Reds take the World Series. And if you ask him about the 2023 AFC Championship, he’ll tell you the NFL handed that one to the Chiefs—because the Bengals were destined to win it all that year.Whether he’s behind the mic, on the green, or repping Ohio sports with unwavering loyalty, Kiel Feeser lives and breathes the Midwest sports spirit. He’s not just a fan—he’s All In.

Eddie Congdon, a proud native of Piqua, Ohio, is a former touring musician turned sports enthusiast and family man. With a rich background in music, Eddie has professionally played drums, bass, guitar, and has lent his voice as a vocalist. Music was once his life on the road, but over time, his passions evolved to include other arenas — most notably, sports and family.A natural athlete, Eddie’s competitive spirit showed early, from playing center field and pitching in baseball to lining up as a receiver and cornerback in football. His love for sports didn’t fade with time; instead, it transformed. Now, he channels that energy into covering fantasy football during the season, where his bold takes and unapologetic opinions — especially about his beloved Cleveland Browns — keep things lively among his sports circle.A die-hard Browns fan since childhood, Eddie also proudly roots for the Cincinnati Reds, Boston Celtics, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Lately, he’s found a new love in PBA Tour bowling, inspired by his 16-year-old son, a rising star in the sport.By day, Eddie manages a custom cabinet shop, putting craftsmanship and precision into everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and kids, tackling home improvement projects, and lending a hand to those in need. While he considers himself a pessimist, Eddie brings a unique blend of realism and optimism into every situation. And although he’s stepped away from the stage, talking sports with close friends scratches that familiar entertainer itch — enough to keep the mic down, for now.Eddie Congdon lives a life fueled by passion, rooted in family, and grounded in grit — with just the right amount of fire to keep things interesting.
